Our Story

Mohan Murthy, the Founder and Head of Mohan Murthy & Co., Advocates received his law degree from Vivekananda College of Law, Bangalore University, in 2007. He was admitted to the Karnataka State Bar Council in Bangalore in August of the same year. His main areas of legal practice include Commercial, Employment, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Civil, and Criminal law.

In 2010, he furthered his expertise in dispute resolution by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from NALSAR Law University, Hyderabad. Since then, his practice has included roles as an arbitrator counsel and legal consultant.

Continuing his legal education, Mr. Murthy earned a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Hertfordshire, England, in 2011. Following this, he gained international experience practicing as a commercial/foreign lawyer at KC Law Chambers, Solicitors in London, until 2017. Upon returning to Bangalore, he established an independent practice, appearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka and its subordinate courts. Through his dedication and expertise, he has since built his own legal team and founded “Mohan Murthy & Co., Advocates” in Bangalore to serve his clients.
